Are there corporate office locations where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?

No - time spent together to collaborate is done at a team level, is not based on location.

Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?

There are roles that qualify for Fully Remote. You can inquire to see if the job you are interested in qualifies. Our distributed work policy is rooted in flexibility, technology, and new ways of working. Teams create agreements on when and how they work together. There are different team norms for how often they get together.

We’re transitioning from a primarily office-based setup to a mix of home and hybrid models. We’re also implementing new systems that promote seamless collaboration – whether you work from home or the office. Allstate's flexible work policy is just that - flexible. There are some teams coming together with frequency, but there are also many teams where the work (or geographic location of the team) doesn't allow for frequent in-person collaboration.
