Having a distributed team allows us to communicate intentionally and work effectively. All of our interviews, onboarding, and day-to-day work take place remotely. We have offices in downtown Chicago and Cincinnati for employees who prefer an office setting.

Buildout's Media division, based in Cincinnati, takes advantage of the office several days per week to collaborate but also has the flexibility to work remotely.
Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?
Buildout's business development team is distributed and remote-first today, but as we continue to hire for this team, we'll prioritize Chicago candidates to have in-person collaboration days each week.
