Locations or roles with different office requirements

Are there corporate office locations where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?

Our entire organization can work fully remote. You know how (and where) you work best. That’s why we fully embrace the flexibility of remote work while maintaining top-tier office spaces for collaboration and connection for those who live near an office. We do seek out opportunities to get teams together for planning, training, and team-building.

Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?

Nope! At Clari, we have no in-office requirements. While many of our employees enjoy the flexibility of remote work, we have offices in the United States, India, and Poland for employees to work from if they choose.

Is there anything else you would like to share?

Clari supports our employees' well-being whether they work from home or the office. Everyone gets a stipend they can use for their personal or professional well-being, such as home office enhancements, reimbursement for internet or mobile phone expenses, massages, etc. We also offer virtual and in-person events, office lunches, and meal stipends to enhance the employee experience.
