Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?

All employees are currently remote and have the ability to go into an office if they live near a hub (locations in which we have offices). This is likely going to change in-so-far as, employees not residing near a hub can work 100% remote. Employees near a hub will likely go into the office at least 1 day per week so they can meet live with their team. In the future, there will be roles such as SDR, Facilities, and IT that will likely be required to work in office, full time.

Is there anything else you would like to share?

In office: lunches are offered on select days, tax-free commuter benefits, etc. Remote: employees have a host of wellness perks they can elect to take advantage of.
