We have flexible working schedules, which allow people to be fully present in both their personal and professional lives. If people need to drop off their kids for school in the morning, they can; if they want to go to the gym in the afternoon, they can. This allows employees to have freedom in their days and be trusted to get their work done on their own time while still being able to support the needs of their team and the org.
