The office culture in our UK, and India offices tends to be more hybrid, by choice and based on the geography of the employees. There are employees who are 100% remote in all locations.
Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?
With the exception of a few positions, everyone at H1 has the option to work 100% remotely. The following teams work 100% in office: Sales Development, Office Management and Community. Some other positions require some in office time, or attendance at work related offsites.
Is there anything else you would like to share?
H1 has a "work from anywhere" company culture, meaning employees have the option to work from anywhere they want. If they are local to an office, they can go in at their convenience, but if they never go in, that's okay too. One of the company values is "People Matter" and H1 gives employees the autonomy, trust, and flexibility to work where it best fits their needs.
