Minimum & specific days a week
Corporate employees are expected to go into an office at least 3 days a week, including Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
No one lives outside of commuting distance so we did not need to include this in the policy.

Are there corporate office locations where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?
The standard is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in office although our Toronto office tends to be 4 days (Monday through Thursday)

Do you make exceptions to allow full-time remote work?
If you don't live near a corporate office you can be full-time remote.
