Specific days a week
Corporate employees are expected to go into an office on Monday and Wednesday.
Depending on the department, a mandatory number of days is established. In case of development it is only necessary once a month, in Marketing it is necessary two days a week. Depending on each case, more teleworking may be allowed and less in the case of new hires.
Locations or roles with different office requirements
Are there corporate office locations where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?
If they are working outside, it is not necessary for them to go to the office except for an express annual meeting.

The IT development team works remotely except in exceptional cases.
Do you make exceptions to allow full-time remote work?
You can apply and get approval to be full-time remote. If you don't live near a corporate office you can be full-time remote.
