Locations or roles with different office requirements

Are there corporate office locations where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?

Currently, only employees located in Denver, CO and New York City have offices where they can go in to work. We do not require anyone to work from the office ever; however, we do offer occasions for in-person gatherings (covered by the company) both on an ad hoc basis (primarily in Denver) and scheduled (e.g., all team off-sites where we gather together in person for several days)

Do you make exceptions to allow full-time remote work?

You can apply and get approval to be full-time remote. If you don't live near a corporate office you can be full-time remote.

Other information

Is there anything else you would like to share?

In addition to our "fully remote" workforce, Orderly also offers every other Friday as a "flex" day off. That is, you can work on anything you want or nothing at all, effectively making every other weekend a 3-day weekend for our team. We believe our team works hard and is committed to the mission of improving the accessibility of healthcare, so we want to ensure we give our team members additional time to unwind, pursue other creative endeavors, travel, or just chill out in order to allow them to recharge and come back to work the following week ready to give their best effort.
