Rooted in our belief in empowering teams to make decisions about where they do their best work, we proudly champion an 'Employee's Choice' model. At Scoop, our dynamic approach allows employees the autonomy to decide when or if they work from an office. While we currently operate without traditional offices, Scoop provides the flexibility for team members to work from WeWork locations, with passes fully covered. Additionally, Scoop enhances team connection through bi-annual company-wide off-sites. These off-sites serve as valuable opportunities for our team to unite, collaborate, and nurture our vibrant company culture in-person.

Locations or roles with different office requirements

Are there corporate office locations where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?

Scoop employees are not required to go into the office. In cities where we have multiple team members, we use flexible workspaces (WeWork, etc.) to get together on a regular basis!

Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?

All roles may be fully remote.
