Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?
Sales team has flexibility to come in to the office as they choose. Some of the other teams such as Supply Chain Manufacturing Organization have flexibility to come in lesser number f days as most of the folks in that team live in South Bay (and hence a long commute)
